Domestic Violence Survivors banner signing

Upper Iowa University President William R. Duffy II was among the first to sign his name and share a brief message in support of victims of domestic violence Tuesday, October 5. Faculty, staff and students were invited to sign the Domestic Violence Survivors banner located in the Student Center at Fayette Campus.
