Butter Peacock official video and unveiling
The Butter Peacock was officially unveiled Thursday, August 8, at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines. The Butter Peacock will be joined by faculty, staff and alumni who operate UIU’s information booth each fair day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Varied Industries Building.
