Alumni and Outdoor Pursuits donation to Big Rock

The clubs were donated by UIU alumni Roger ’62 and Alice ’61 Mangan of Littleton, Colorado, and UIU’s Outdoor Pursuits program.
Upper Iowa University alumni Roger ’62 and Alice ’61 Mangan of Littleton, Colorado, and UIU’s Outdoor Pursuits program recently donated over a dozen sets of golf clubs to Big Rock Country Club. The six sets of clubs donated by the Mangans arrived in Fayette after just one year of use as rentals at the iconic Broadmoor Golf Club in Colorado Springs, Colorado, home to the 2018 U.S. Senior Open. The clubs were donated for use by UIU students, guests to the community, and members of the general public wishing to rent clubs at the 18-hole golf course in Fayette.
