Enactus members celebrate another honor

Upper Iowa University Enactus members display a few of the honors and awards earned by the UIU chapter in recent years. The Presentation Team consisting of Taylor Klostermann, Gabby Wittenburg and Brittney Backes, along with technology manager Chris Kragnes, Jr. recently placed in the top three at regionals and now advance to the Enactus National Symposium in Kansas City. Upper Iowa University Enactus members recently added another piece of hardware to the Andres Center trophy case at Fayette Campus. Enactus Presentation members Taylor Klostermann, Gabby Wittenburg and Brittney Backes, along with technology manager Chris Kragnes, Jr. were recently recognized among the top three regional teams. The team now advances to the 2017 Enactus United States National Symposium in Kansas City in May.

Enactus is an International community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to enable human progress. Student programs are established on campuses across the nation. Participating Enactus students apply business concepts to develop community outreach projects with the primary goal to shape a more sustainable world.
