First Amendment presentation on Constitution Day

As part of Constitution Day, Upper Iowa University associate professor of business Chris Kragnes presented “First Amendment: Current Issues in Free Speech” today (Tuesday, September 17) at UIU’s Fayette Campus.  According to the Library of Congress, Constitution Day and Citizenship Day are observed each year on September 17 to commemorate the signing of the Constitution on September 17, 1787, and “recognize all who, by coming of age or by naturalization, have become citizens.”
