Constitution Day presentation September 17

As part of Constitution Day and Citizenship Day, Upper Iowa University associate professor of business Chris Kragnes will present “First Amendment: Current Issues in Free Speech.” The program is scheduled to begin at noon, Tuesday, September 17, in Student Center Ballroom C.

According to the Library of Congress, Constitution Day and Citizenship Day are observed each year on September 17 to commemorate the signing of the Constitution on September 17, 1787, and “recognize all who, by coming of age or by naturalization, have become citizens.”
