Honors and Awards Banquet April 13

Upper Iowa University will host its annual Honors and Awards Banquet on Saturday, April 13. Over $300,000 in endowed and annual scholarships will be presented during the 2019 event, which is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. in the UIU Student Center ballrooms at Fayette Campus. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., with the program to follow.

Among the newly established scholarships to be bestowed to a deserving recipient during the banquet is the Kenneth J. and Sharon L. (Reisch) Erickson Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a permanent resident of Fayette, Clayton or Dubuque counties, who has successfully completed their first year of study at UIU. To be eligible, recipients are required to have maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA.

In addition to the 2019 award/scholarship recipients, all donors and family members of donors in attendance will be recognized for their ongoing support of the University during the April 13 event.
