Fayette Sweets to open at current Pavo Blue location

Pastry chef Kristy Donovan will soon provide a one-of-a-kind bakery/café destination for Fayette and the surrounding area with the opening of Fayette Sweets Café at the current Pavo Blue location. Fayette Sweets Cafe will offer a perfect mix of premium quality pastries, locally roasted coffees, first-rate customer service, and an inviting atmosphere that will ensure a complete café experience.

In preparation for the anticipated opening of Fayette Sweets Café, Pavo Blue will close its doors Friday, November 30. Peacock supporters can continue purchasing a full array of UIU merchandise at the Campus Store, located in the Student Center at Fayette Campus. The expanded Campus Store hours will soon be 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday and 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday. In addition, the Café at Fayette Campus will provide a 10% discount off coffee purchases to Fayette and UIU community members during regular café hours from Saturday, December 1 – Tuesday, January 15.
