Constitution Day speaker September 17

Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the United States Constitution on September 17, 1787. As part of Constitution Day at Upper Iowa University, First Judicial District Judge David Odekirk will be guest speaker at noon in the Student Center ballrooms on Monday, September 17. The program is open to all UIU students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members.
