University’s Online RN to BSN program recognized

TopRNtoBSN.com has ranked Upper Iowa University’s Online RN to BSN program among the top 50 in the nation. According to the website’s editors, UIU’s program ranks 41^st overall.

For its 2016 rankings, TopRNtoBSN.com only considered schools fully accredited by a national nursing accreditation agency. The program rankings were then based on cost, graduation rates, and loan repayment. Each of these measures were then equally weighted.

The TopRNtoBSN.com editors noted “Upper Iowa University has 25 locations around the United States as well as locations around the world. Part of its mission is meeting the educational needs of U.S. military members. UIU allows students to transfer up to 90 hours of undergraduate credit, and has articulation agreements with many community colleges so that credits transfer easily.”
